It's a shame they couldn't make a complete movie for this Captain America, but considering the amount of course correction the MCU needed, I understand why this is just a vehicle of plot and less of an independent complete movie.

I saw it last night and it's fine. The writing is stilted, I personally think Mackie's delivery is stilted, but there are 3 or 4 elements that are needed to set up the coming plot lines.
