Well, here it is, the most scenic public toilet in Australia (apparently) - judge for yourself !

It's a great view, but surely there must be some strong competition out there.

And how does this fare in the world rankings ?

It's halloween here in Australia and even though it is spring, bright and warm, we still like to celebrate. Especially the @underworldcode.org geodynamics team with our uw-bat logo and professor diablo at the helm. We were thinking to sneak to the @science.org.au shine dome to make some changes ...

An analysis of the science we need in Australia to face future challenges. Very worrying outlook for earth sciences here.

Key takeaways include:

“We aren't training enough geoscientists”

This has to be one of the coolest places to cast a vote: Old Parliament House in Canberra at the Museum of Australian democracy in view of the new Parliament House in the hill and watched by the aboriginal tent embassy. Plus rewards!

I found my electronics O-level project. It’s an )darkroom) enlarger timer. After a large number of decades in my childhood bedroom, I plugged it in once again and it works !!

I just remember discovering the hard way how sensitive chips can be to static electricity (and how expensive they were).

Holiday puzzles not completed before the holiday ended. But the effect is quite interesting, and it’s much more difficult to solve a second puzzle on top of an earlier one.

If you run out of sausages when the kookaburra comes to call, you could throw one of these on the barbecue.

Oyster knife - the end snapped off in action and the remnant hacked its way through my hand. The most painful part was the disinfectant but I suspect there is more pain on the way.

The oysters were good though.

I’m pretty sure somebody switched my sunscreen for cheap fake tan. The smell-txt for the image would describe a strange, rusty aroma.

Here she is: Danger Mouse !!

Living in the cat food machine, caught once by the cat and chased around the house …

Now free a few hundred metres up the street. Stay tuned to see if she returns.

Cliffhanger !
