This decision doesn’t make us safer. It undermines the rights guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment and deepens fear in communities across America, eroding the trust we need between law enforcement and the people they serve.

Instead of using resources to hold violent criminals accountable, this Administration is misusing them to harass people who look like me — people just trying to make an honest living and support their families.
