Should events hasten to their sequential conclusion, the United States stands on the brink of unleashing:
1) A civilization-endangering conflagration,
2) A high-tech genocide of social-media assisted surgical precision,
3) A profit-driven climate catastrophe, or
4) Some combination of above three.

An oft-repeated mistake is to associate genocide only with race.
Genocide is also about class, politics.
Most 20th-century mass killers targeted victims as “communists” or “bourgeois” not their race.
If our 21st century devolves into a “high-tech genocide” it will be more about politics than race.
