I did see online you can give yourself a fixed number of threads to run on. Reducing the cpu load. But I am not sure if that will reduce quality or not. Something like Render Property>Performance>Threads. Maybe that can help?

Make less hot renders ofc smh. Of course it renders "hard" so would I if I was so involved in those hot renders!
On a serious note. There isnt a way to like tell it to render stuff slower? I dont know much about blender. I never even considered how the ambient temperature could affect things.
