ASDA delivery is so weird. I had some Mr Kipling cake slices down on my delivery and they have no substitutions. What do you mean you have no other Mr Kipling cakes and you have no other cake in your whole shop? Like I get that you can't necessarily substitute the butternut squash, but cake!?

My experiences flying with KLM in the past have been good. Now I can't trust them. (See previous tweets) Yesterday I was annoyed they weren't taking accountability, just doing the bare minimum, but today it's starting to look like they actually don't care that they are essentially scamming people.

I told KLM about it (see last tweet), yesterday at 5pm UK time and they still haven't changed it. All they can do is refund your flights, they can't even add baggage after booking. Then it takes up 72hours or more to return the money to your credit card. Avoid!

If you are booking KLM flights from Dublin to New York but also possibly to some other locations in April/May be warned that the Promo "Light" Fare, consistently and clearly shows 23kg checked in baggage at every stage until the very end but does NOT include it!!!! Be warned!
