no you're right, cause there's definitely heavier content later in the show. another thing is that you get to hear the protagonist inner monolog, which contributes to the overwhelming feeling. anyway, two different shows that I'd only recommend if you're in a good place

I know!! I was aware of the trigger warnings, but still had to take a break. the stalking from ep 3 or 4 onwards was probably the hardest part for me to watch

yeah baby reindeer is great too but it's a lot to take in, much more than mindhunter

mindhunter is one of the best crime tv shows, but if you're looking for something fun to watch then I'd say glee!
