Why do hospitals release you after pharmacy hours, knowing you can't pick up meds until the next day and you will miss two doses by then?

A reminder. There are some small family companies that sell on Amazon, and products that can not be found anywhere else. If possible, notify the seller to find out about a "back door" sell. Some will because they don't have to pay the fee.
