Update: my local Trader Joe’s ran out of the ‘Irish Blue Cheese Crisps’, so I thought “what the hey” and along with a packet of sweet potato, cassava and taro chips, gave salt and pepper a go – don’t often do ‘potato’.
Not disappointed at all.
