I'm trying ranked for the first time too and I did all my placement matches on a Wednesday I had off and had zero issues. If I try on a holiday or weekend I find there's a much higher frequency of people who leave matches. Bleh.

Mmm yikes. I do sorta assume that’s one of his incredibly dry jokes (see also the “The Doctor can’t be a woman that’d be like the queen being a man” comment that went over EVERYONE’s head) especially as he did hire an American to direct (Rachel Talalay) but people take what he says too seriously 🥴

Like the comment I got and then deleted from one of my videos is hardly the worst I’ve ever seen but like…. Yeah. Super weird. Whether they like it or not, international distribution does help the show 😅

Just overall the sentiment of "Starving artists make better art" is super gross and needs to be stamped out.

Given the ending of book 4 though I do wonder if they're gonna somehow tie the books into Doomsday? Especially since (as far as the Penguin Random House website says) the final book comes out July 7. Which is shortly after the movie was originally gonna release?

Has part of what I’ve been thinking of since seeing the Marvel panel at NYCC where TWBTLATS might fit in among the Marvel shows announced? Yes. Yes it is. (Also Ahsoka s2 but y’know)
