A new Rhythm Heaven makes me so incredibly happy. I played Rhythm Heaven Fever back in 2022. It was catchy, engaging, and was oozing with charm. It became one of my favorite games of all time. It's release date of 2026 stings, but damn, I haven't had a reveal make me feel that estatic in a long time

Another great campaign and a satisfying send off to Shovel Knight.
King Knight has a simple yet inventive moveset that makes you strategize your platforming routes through these creative levels, testing your knowledge of said moveset.

I can't believe I've never beaten this game until now, but I had an enjoyable time.
The game is a short, but sweet adventure with all of the levels feeling well designed and fun to play through. Definitely enjoyed this more than Super Mario Bros 3.

I can't believe I've never beaten this game until now, but I had an enjoyable time.

I finally got around to beating the final boss of the DLC after giving up in 2022.
Cuphead overall (dlc included) is one of the greatest Indie Games ever created and is such an achievement. The DLC was somehow better than the base game.

Had a great time playing through the story mode, especially with my girlfriend. All the stages are super fun and make you play with the physics systems in creative ways with increasing difficulty

I think it's pretty indictive that after I beat the final boss, I was praying that there wasn't another boss phase
I still think this game is enjoyable, the messaging of the story is as subtle as a hammer to the head, but I did feel sad at the ending cutscene

I wish I liked this game more. It has a timeless GBC aesthetic with gorgeous character art and solid platforming movement
But the camera is way too zoomed in, levels have too many collectibles, and the level design is just okay

Great game. Gameplay and level design promotes speedrunning and genuinely feels exhilerating to complete all of the shooting and platform challenges presented
However, the game gets incredibly exhausting to play towards the end, especially the Neon Green boss fights

Honestly, I think this game is seriously underrated. While I do agree this will probably be the "worst" entry in the trilogy, Case 2 is great and Case 4 was amazing
The only thing that holds this game back is unsurprisingly Case 3

I really enjoyed my time with this game tackling politics related to resource scarcity and time travel
The game doesn't reach the great highs of other JRPGs and drags a bit towards the middle, but it is still an incredibly worthwhile experience

After looking for an ESRB copy for so long, I finally found one. This game is definitely one of the rarer games I own in my collection now. Super stoked to play this sometime this year and see if this game lives up to it's legendary status

Got this recently from Limited Run games. Heard a lot of great things about this series and wanted to give it a shot. I've been wanting to dabble more into the SRPG genre besides just playing the latest Fire Emblem game. Hopefully I enjoy this!
