Still no idea what I'm doing on social media after all these years but here I am.
Doesn't sound like having it all worked out to me. Owning a small shop is three jobs wrapped in one and she has two other jobs she has to keep track of? Maybe it's just my autism speaking, but that sounds exhausting. Glad she seems happy.

I literally work two 4 hour shifts a week for one fairly large company and they very rarely schedule me for more. Nobody except the store lead gets more than 25 hours a week. This is pretty common.

It's also entirely possible that there is some inside joke here. Maybe we are missing some group use of language because we do not have context of outside this one email.

I appreciate those who are staying with intent to keep fighting. Some of us who are vulnerable cant leave usually for financial reasons but sometimes health and family. Im happy for those are able to get out.

Yeah thats wild, my Library only has 2 digital copies. I was hoping to read it before you get to Sacramento but I guess I just have to wait for the hardcover and read it after.

(also for a lot of us thanksgiving is a family holiday and the divide in the USA has split a lot of families)

I think that many people (myself included) have a lot of happy memories tied to Christmas as kids and we are all desperately looking for any bit of joy/magic we can.
And unfortunately the stores are going to try and get all the money they can iut of that.

As I say with any game release that gets delayed I'd rather have late and right the now and busted.
