I got that one it first came out and the steelbook is really sick and so was the rest of the limited edition but as far as playing it now it does not come with the entire second campaign that the Vengeance version of the game has and it cannot be purchased as DLC.

It's a fun book but maybe not a great place to start. I would go with The Way of Kings or The Final Empire. I think either of those would give you a better sense of Sanderson's style.
