"Skirmisher" and I FEEL you. I have a number of fighter-esque characters that want to use lighter armor (most commonly medium armor) and the classes with good features for their feel so often have heavy armor.

This is an actual safety hazard a lot of places. You can tell the actual experts out on the highway when you see the brights turn off as they crest a hill.
