These guys were hard to photograph because they were REALLY HIGH off the ground, and I am not 😂 you can kinda see the other clusters, but they were completely out of reach

I got this “blind date with a book” from my local indie bookstore and I wasn’t going to unwrap it until I was ready to read it, but then I found it knocked to the floor and torn open and now I feel like it’s a sign?

I’m no fungi photographer, but I did find these orangebois growing out of the edge of a picnic table that was chained up like it would run away to join its uncut brethren in the woods on the other side of the parking lot.
