Or at least we need to print up a whole s*** load of OBAMA2028 lawn posters, OBAMA2028 bumper stickers, & OBAMA2028 t- shirts err' time Trump opens his rotund yap!

Hello! & Amen!

A quiet "Oh Hell Yes!" in the cold night. Now let's go on to Georgia & win one for Ossoff there! HYYYYAAAAGGHHH!

100%..if I was a political genius or genius of ANY kind I'd have gotten a chunk of that $1.4 Billion in campaign spending & woulda gotten Bud Light can made in MY honor though I couldn't invent a reason to drink a drop of the stuff. Other than that I leave the choice of pronoun to the speaker.

Thank you, Senator Cory Booker.

Getting used to assisting a loved one through care and treatment & not getting younger one bit. I empathize with that sense that changes have come. I hope the coming years bring hope and progress unforeseen or solace in endurance.

We must look forward, never backwards and DEMS must ALWAYS be ready to argue, compete & contest fiercely without falling out with ourselves. Though I love the thought of a machine in the garage churning out Obama signs 24/7 Everytime Trump mentions a third term! #Booker/Whitmer2028

I'm quite well situated to ride this one out. I go back to McGovern, Carter, Mondale, Dukakis so I've watched my party knocked out before. If you can make s*** talk outsmart weaponized propaganda on smartphones you'll be richer than Musk himself. Until then I ONLY have ears for sensible politics.

Next time you see the "dedicated majority" whose behavior you know so well can you ask them not to vote for Trump?
April 1, 2025 at 6:20 PM
I stand up for rights for people to do what they will with their lives. I've spent hours arguing. Am I going to knock on someones door & try to explain 62 different gender identities that can't even be frankly discussed with those claiming them? Should an entire party campaign on that?

It was a convergence of the calendar. But by then they were flogging anti-trans mercilessly while DEMS were sleep walking. The optics were a gift to Trump '24.

Keep your friends close....

That's not an A or B choice. The simpler that choice is made the greater the danger. Trans rights made tremendous strides. Then the right hooked into the backlash & weaponized young male rage & aimlessness with "what about the children" boilerplate.

Unfortunately...being like MAGA means winning every county on the fascist line. Bud Light was a warning... not of the rightness of the cause, but rather the command of the new era of campaigning & organizing. Being ardent is no longer enough!

Tell the truth & stand firm but it's got to make sense & if it's a small niche issue, don't be afraid to CALL it a niche issue. Don't ignore INFLATION while stumbling over saying LGBTQIA+ five times in 2 minutes.

There's no majority without effective coalition. If the DEMS hit a brick wall on messaging, the only thing we can do is lose collectively.
April 1, 2025 at 12:59 PM
... though if you like winning elections & don't want your grandkids to go to schools where bigotry is mandatory & take tests on the Battle of Banff.. you don't advocate over your skis against billionaire propogandists. #MessagingMatters

... because threatening the overwhelming majority of the coalition that supports your cause in the face of the coalition that just improved its electoral performance in EVERY COUNTY IN THE NATION is the new politics our beleaguered party has been searching for.
March 31, 2025 at 11:07 PM
Yes...if only we lived in a country where the population has a means of expressing its choice about who will lead them. Certainly the successful exercise of those means would not allow one aspect of a coalition to blot out the attention focused on its fundamental support base.
March 31, 2025 at 11:03 PM
...and so we celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the trans visibility day celebration at the White House on the day before Easter which the right THEN used to politically beat DEMS over the head with cinder blocks for six months.

But let's remember that the women at Seneca Falls lived their entire lives before the goal was achieved.Justice delayed is justice denied but when your movement is making headway in the courts, impatient "Wacktivism" WILL set you back decades.Tim shows the way but good wishes don't deliver progress!
March 31, 2025 at 10:55 PM
One year ago, when Biden celebrated TVD with a big splash at the White House he committed his biggest blunder ore-debate. I support trans rights but the courts were delivering for the movement. But DEMS NEVER figured out how to message this against the right! Luv Tim, but we got destroyed.
