There's absolutely zero comparison to spending hours and hours drawing something, after years of practice, and "putting a lot of time" into typing word prompts for a machine to waste a bunch of physical resources to create a Frankenstein of stolen work for you to call yourself an "artist"

I always buy real books, the format will never be discontinued...also I like to actually buy things with my money, not long term rent at another's whim.

There are the haptic factors too. The smell. The feel of the book in your hand. The little notches and maybe even notes from previous owners.
