I think a bronze age inspired look fits the Old Horde pretty well, even if they used iron/steel.
Went with chains and iron on skin á la Mannoroth for the demonic vibes (also cause it's sexy yknow).

It'd look smth like this. The layers all in a group while the mask filters them into the right shape of the rings. What you do with the layers themself is up to you. Flats, gradients, highlights, texture brushes.
