The driver of this vehicle just tried to intentionally mow down a cyclist at Bloor/Rusholme, today at 2pm. The cyclist and driver took off but I got a photo of the vehicle speeding down Rusholme (Max 30). If anyone knows the cyclist involved, pass this on to them. @cycletoronto.bsky.social #cycleto
