Little old lady from Sacramento. lived through the 50s and 60s and even part of the 40s and not anxious to go back. Have known people who lived in Hitler’s Germany and fear for the future of our country.
Great article in this morning’s New York Times on Mike Johnson. It shows how clever they are and I must admit that I hadn’t thought about it enough. I hope all of the major news sources cover the issue. It is time to replace him. I’m not sure isn’t already too late.

Just a thought. The United States didn’t attack Iran. There was no congressional approval. Nothing. If Russia or other Iranian allies really want to retaliate, they should attack Trump properties directly. I’m sure there are properties within range of their missiles. Pass it on.

It strikes me that the weekends when he spends millions of our dollars to play golf at one of his resorts are the good weekends. I’d rather have him wasting my money than running the country.

California just sued the administration over tariffs. We are refusing to toe the line. We are obviously traitors to the regime. I think he should give us to Canada. We don’t deserve to be a part of the US.

I saw the coolest Tesla yesterday at a stoplight. One sticker on the back bumper, said “Tesla owners against Elon club” and the other had the word Elon circled and crossed out. Obviously, Tesla owners are needing to take measures to keep their cars from being bothered.

I am old. I am financially secure because we were very conservative about our financial dealings as my husband and I raised our family and made our life. Donald Trump‘s billionaire friends may have made lots of money on the stock market crash. But I lost and I don’t have time to wait .

I would like to see charitable contributions deducted from taxes owed, not income. Then, when they decide to defund PBS, I could simply have my blue state taxes go to keep them going rather than funding red states and and programs of which I disapprove

So today one of the top admins at Social Security and four NYC deputy mayors announced their resignations. High ranking and well-respected public employees VOLUNTARILY gave up great jobs they liked because their ethics demanded they do so.
