I read American Mother from start to finish on Sunday and WOW what a heart-wrenching story.
Not what I was expecting when I picked up a Colum McCann book at all but he writes Diane’s story so vividly that it’s all-consuming.
I’m really excited to see what readers make of it in February! 📖
