Karen, I had a "training class" this week at work, which the training dept had reportedly worked on for months, and it was literally just 4 hours of screenshots and PowerPoint slides. Just absolutely abysmal.

I like that I've stayed curious and open to new ideas, new experiences, new music. I like that I haven't let myself go in my middle age. I like that I've gotten to be more kind and more confident as aperson.
