yes - ONS says the potential to influence 88 constituencies but that's the *in theory* bit I suppose? I guess a longer term difference is some evidence which suggests they are more likely to vote in future. Also suggests value of there being a captive audience in school for this kind of education.

I always remember that Emma Watson got straight As in her GCSEs which seems incredible when you think about it - how did they get the bunsen burners out and all that sort of thing?!
