First day since began chemo in July that I’ve had enough energy to bake. Banana walnut muffins for breakfast tomorrow if I can keep John away that long.

The nurses on the infusion floor squealed and we all got to enjoy a giant rainbow over Silverdale together. I love this life!

John has been taking pics of me in the infusion chair since I began in July. I call it “spa day”. They bring me heated blankets and snacks and juice. And poison.

Usually I can see the Olympic Mountains from the Cancer Center. Not today! But I can see Dyes Inlet! Beautiful. Sometimes the Orcas come in here. It’s a magical world!

Waiting to see my oncologist and then go upstairs for another infusion directly into my heart. So weird. Have given up so many physical boundaries. Here’s to another 20 years of life. Cheers!
