Upper Kittitas County Senior Center served free breakfast to 120 and gave 14 quilts at our annual Community Veterans Day celebration. I love that we give back to our community by honoring their service and the sacrifice of their families.

Me and 7 other Rotarians, picked up 27 bags of garbage, weighing about 300 pounds at Exit 85. A much better welcome to Cle Elum.

To help our community, we are preparing 45 Baskets of food to help families to include a turkey or ham, makings of a holiday meal and pantry staples. If you are interested in helping with a donation to Upper Kittitas County Senior Center 501c3, please send me a message by November 26.

Together with Nurse Bonnie, 21 members got FREE foot care, funded by a Grant. Active aging means being comfortable even if you can’t manage your foot care. Grateful to help older adults in an important way. 1 in 5 will be 60 or older in 2050. Support local resources to be there when you need them.
