Norfolk Southern Railway caused the EP derailment. The congress refused to pass the Bipartisan Railway Safety Act of 2023 because Norfolk Southern had congress people in their pockets. EPA was in charge of the accident site, not USDOT. Here's the Mayor of East Palestine on Secretary Pete:
