A soup I’ll never be able to recreate. Beef-veg farro at heart: carrot, celery & garlic, deglazed with red wine leftover French onion soup, beef stock, and prime-rib ribs. Splash fish sauce, thyme & rosemary. Simmered low, added farro and pulled rib meat back in. Insane depth of flavor. Damn good. ♥️
