i had to say goodbye to my oldest baby today. she was my best friend all of my adult life since she was a baby even predating my husband and kids. she meant the world to me. to anyone who treated xiaoh on stream, thank you. my heart is broken but i know she’s at peace now.

it’s OCD awareness month and i was diagnosed with it this year. its such a misunderstood MH condition bc it’s not just contamination and counting. its intrusive thoughts, debilitating anxiety, and constantly feeling fear. i’m thankful for my therapist and ERP therapy bc im getting there. 💖

i'm playing silent hill f this week for the first time and i'm bringing back my heartrate monitor and scary alerts 👀 i used to do spooktober every october with a heartrate monitor for years and haven't done it in about 6 years or so. i'm excited to get back to my root!!
