Attended San Diego Pride yesterday as an ally to support family, friends & LGBTQ+ community. Completed the 5K, saw a large chunk of parade (cheered especially loud for educators, librarians, firefighters & trans groups), had some snacks & enjoyed music at the festival in the park

Today was rougher than other races where I didn’t train. 😬😓 I almost stopped around mile 10. Somehow I was able to push through. Finished my 9th half-marathon & got my bling.
The sore feet & muscles are no joke. Glad I took a couple vacation days
