I've always been overweight, but now the creaks and swollen ankles are increasing and it's time to get stronger.
Stronger - not thinner. I don't care about the scale. I want to stay mobile, have energy, and be able to travel.

Then I didn't feel great for a bit so took a break that ended up as a nap and...my to do list is still to do and not done :(
Tomorrow I will knock it all out - at least the top 3 things I really, really need to get done.
