I have CVI in one leg from damage from a massive DVT. It looks almost normal. If his swelling is from CVI, it must be severe. He may also be wearing support hose, which adds to the bulky look. I had CHF from another issue, but I recovered. Glad you are well now and that your legs & fee recovered!

Not sure, but as soon as I joined I was inundated w/messages (like, immediately) of nude/partially nude people. That makes me think "not real people." That's why no one can message me directly. I don't want to see that shit.

I'm much younger than Trump, but I have CVI, and I have been in heart failure (long story). My legs looked like this in heart failure. Of course, everyone is different. Currently, on my worst day (being on my feet all day w/o support stockings) my leg looks nothing like this.
