HOWEVER, according to Gov. Newsom of California, previously federalized California National Guard members are being redeployed to Portland. This order would not cover those military members.

UPDATE: The judge issued a temporary restraining order today to stop the federalization of the Oregon National Guard, determining that statutory requirements for their mobilization were not met (rebellion/threat of rebellion or the President is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws).
