I accidentally took a whole 510 gram bottle instead of a 238 gram bottle for a colonoscopy last month. At least I was really clean inside and that miralax is not toxic.

Caving disasters are actually pretty rare. I have been a caver for the last 30 years and only one near miss. I declined to report it to protect the cave so there is no record of it.

Congratulations. Mine probably won’t happen until like late 2025 or even 2026. Got all the letters, and find out that the surgeon only uses the ones at her hospital. So consultation in late February of 2025. Only decent one that my insurance covers

I literally cried when I found Trump was going to president again. If they try to take away my estrogen, I am leaving the USA and will probably renounce my American citizenship.

I will continue to use the ladies room even when it is made illegal. All of my id and birth certificate state that I am female and a men’s room is not appropriate for me. Fortunately I live in NY and proposition 1 passed so it seems likely NY will pass something anti-trans legislation.

Last year my wife and I discussed it and I decided to transition with her support. Living as my true self greatly outweighed the possibility of another stroke. Hopefully the blood thinners are sufficient to alleviate the risks.
