Yes, there are. The first one you can meet right in Soren Draa (start of Metrica Provence). Alli brings her boyfriend, Crabb, to meet her father, Xann. Later, you will find 2 asura brothers who become important to the story. Even in Guild Wars 1, you had Vekk and his father, Gadd. :)
