I too am a refuge from the extremely RED state of Florida. I sought refuge in the state of Michigan in the suburbs of Detroit.

The officer seems to be inebriated. Plus, he has the ability to view the image that his zoom cam is projecting, what an idiot!
The judge also showed a lack of professionalism by addressing the officer as "Cuz" before quickly correcting himself, regardless of his shock. Damn...
