I would blame RAM>MB>CPU, also least costly that way too. Hopefully you got spare parts to check them.

Weird...Unless it was OCed to the max for all this time, really shouldn't die.
My past experience tells me that more likely it's MB.
But manufacturers really dropped the ball with the quality in past 10 years, so anything possible.
