Found a good guide for things on Google pretty fast. I'll probably just use YT to look up proper form for it and do it all at Planet Fitness on my workout days and maybe up it to at least 2 more days of the week when I'm not at the gym.

Noted, I do some simple stretches before working out but I'll have to look into some calisthenics routines then. Last year was a good start but I have a feeling I will accomplish some significant progress this year.

I might consider adding in calisthenics since I'm sure there's a solid benefit to those but I'll have to look up some I'm capable of doing.

That's a pretty solid set, I'm working more on just a lean muscle focus since I'm not really aiming for bulking up, I do weight lifting machines 4 days a week along with running on the treadmill, and then on my rest days I walk on the treadmill for about an hour or whatever need to hit my step goal.

What's your ratio of weight lifting and other workouts? I've managed to do stuff consistently from the 3rd of last month to today so far. (I did a bit of working out when I was in Arizona with my parents but it was basically only when my dad would go to the gym).

I was surprised when I saw it on FB, and as imagined on a lot of the social media platforms we have the troglodytes making hateful comments about her. While I did not think the new SW movies were great or even good, she's a good actor even if I didn't particularly think Rey as a character was good.
