So yeah, I think the phone call Charlie received at the end of the season is actually Adam reaching out to “seek redemption” in the hotel, and the chaos will continue from there.

The hotel from the inside, which will feed to a larger plot where Adam and Lute try to destroy Hell. Once they do that, Adam will be “redeemed” and will gain entry back into Heaven.

Of course it doesn’t occur to them that maybe the intention to kill all of Hell is the reason Adam ended up
