Fair, sorry I really questioned myself for a second. I don’t know why I do this to myself but I look for proof that I’m not actually bipolar almost constantly. I tend to spiral really easily

My hypomania only lasts a week at most, and depression for like 2-3 weeks. I have little to no periods of normalcy, but I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 and given medication that helped calm the mood swings but they haven’t gone away.
