"Bits and Bones" sounds so much more fun to say.

I had one instance of the GM x-carding themselves after forgetting a veil from one of the players and realizing their mistake shortly after. After a brief conversation, safety was verified and things continued with the veil in place.

This makes me wonder what it'd be like to layer my nail dip powders. 🤔

I love the future/post-apocalyptic/fantasy genre blending so far. Part sci-fi, part dark fantasy, part mystery, part young adult adventure, it holds together well and has left me craving more. I'm very much looking forward to diving into reading Harrow the Ninth this week!

Did I wish there was more romance in the book? Yes. Was there the right amount for the book? Also yes. Gideon was a delightfully crass character with a lot more honor than I anticipated. The twists were unexpected and the threads that were set up for the future books were plenty.

It's so exhausting and predictable. 😩
