I think it’s a big improvement on the first, which I mostly found generic and unoriginal, but it’s still nothing special to me.
It’s basically a better version of the first movie, but with that you still have to go through all the same arbitrary plot beats to get to the good stuff.

The first is def better, but the 2nd is more clickbaity.
