the character of Frieren, and she has one of the best line readings in the show, in the very arc of that preview. There are a few lines that the subtitles don't really convey very well, particularly from the demons. But it's up to you.

I couldn't find clips of the English dub that I like for sharing, but I suggest the English dub for a few reasons. Frieren's English VA is more suitable...

The second season of the anime is coming up soon, and if they go where I think they're going to go, we are in for some of the best anime out there if it was even half as good as the first season. There's not many times where I can say reading a comic literally had me on the edge of my seat.

Long story short, they ended up under a lot of bad publicity and backed off the OGL changes, at least for now.

If you like that series though, I seriously suggest you make your next binge/series to watch to be Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. I've had a proper read of the manga, and it is VERY good.

You also need to understand that America was the only power in the world that came out stronger after WW2, and the only other economic power that mattered was the USSR. America financially benefitted *heavily* from this, but we don't live in that world now. There's no telling if it will work today.

Also, Akira Toriyama of Dragon Ball fame was definitely a Neutral Pantser. He made it up as he went along, and tended to forget older details. He actually forgot entire characters existed (Launch, for instance, even though she was being angled to be attached to Tenshinhan/Tien)

I seem to be something lawful; I don't know the ending, but I know particular moments in time down the road, and I try to focus so much on the world I often never get to the actual story. I have used character bios, but stopped doing it. Or rather, I kept them in my brain more than writing them up.
