Since I started my new job and am getting better paychecks I've started buying shelves for my DVDs. One down, a few more to go.

Current line-up at my desk at the new job. I also have a whole office to myself currently like a cat you're trying to acclimate to other cats. Going to get a desk calendar and something Kermit the Frog and then I think I shall be good.

The falcon (which might be a hawk) remains where I put them over a month ago. The question is, do I leave them there when I leave or buy them and take them to my new job with me?
There is another one I can put there, so a hawk can remain on guard when I'm gone.

I got this at the same Suncoast around the same time. This one is based off the Japanese poster art for "Godzilla Vs Mecha Godzilla II" and, well, just look at it. It even shimmers as you move past it.

A week ago, I found that the store I work at sells these falcons so I moved on towards the counter I work at sometimes. No one has put him back but he was adjusted slightly. So someone noticed him, decided he belonged here, and left him. Or he just got a bit jostled.

I bought this poster at least twenty years ago at a Suncoast and always intended to frame and hang it. Been through like six houses with me but it's finally up.

Now that I'm living with @ladyjess.bsky.social I can more easily go to events at the local library. Tonight was a Paint and Sip where you could paint things with coffee. I painted two things and then just sketched a third

Wiley is now officially splint-free, though he's a little shy because his leg still looks a little rough. He has to take it easy for a few weeks but he's healed.
