Even if you have used the long notation it would be still wrong. 4000 picaJoules and not the right 4 picaJoules. Can you confirm?

Your book has some errors. But in the page 99 says 4000 billionths of a Joule of energy. this is wrong. It is 4 picajoules or 0,004 nanojoules = 0,004 x10^-9 J. This is 0,004 billionths of a Joule (not 4000 billionths of a Joule which is 4 microjoules).
