That, and you're forcing the most engaging users off of the platform. There are tons of people who see 600+ tweets per day because they're engaging with people on the site. reversing that makes it so that the people who use the site the least have the most access to it.

I guess they're adding a mute list, so you could add all unsavory profiles to that list, and people can subscribe to your list and automatically mute/block everyone on that list.
