Also today would've been Matthew Shepard (December 1, 1976 – October 12, 1998)’s 48th Birthday. While we remember those we lost to AIDS, let's not forget those we lost to hate. Note he was 21 and a college student when he was murdered.

Today marks the 36th Anniversary of World AIDS Day. I remember a college friend an coworker Larry Woods 1957-1986. Also remember his husband Fred "Mr. G" Goldhaber 1947-2010. Mr. G. was the first teacher at the Harvey Milk High School in NYC. And sung with the New York City Gay Men’s Choir
