AI would be more prone to mistakes like these. And even then that's not saying a hell of a lot, humans can make mistakes just as easily. Pointing at this as your "proof" is just witch hunting.

For reference, here's 43.21. It all *seems* pretty reasonable, but the phrases "appears to be" in the new text and "descriptions of" here feel like wiggle room. Yeah, they could use it to prosecute someone making Stable Diffusion CP, or they could go after a young-LOOKING vtuber for piss kink jokes
