tbh I think Nintendo made that system so that people could server hop. If they didn't want hopping then why even let you pick your region anyways?

People only say AOE instead of indirect is because good indirect always has aoe (sloshers and blasters) while indirect without aoe is usually not great or situational (splatling or shooter falloff)
