The Bruiser Rogue subclass for 5e D&D by LordEclipse. Please feel free to message me for a full transcript :) While most rogues rely on skill and precision, Bruisers embody the brutal nature of the criminal underworld, honing their physical might and hardiness to get the job done. What they lack in grace, they more than make up for in thuggish resilience. Rogues of this archetype are often criminal enforcers, marauding raiders, or street brawlers. Features: Street Fighter (3rd) - Sneak Attack with melee attacks that lack the heavy property, gain a fighting style and proficiency in martial weapons, medium armour and shields. Brutal Resiliance (3rd) - Gain Temp Hp equal to your Sneak Attack damage Proficiency times a day. Gang Tactics (9th) - Advantage on melee attacks while next to allies and Advantage on attacks against Grappled creatures. Unflinching (13th) - Resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing and Slashing, and Advantage on saves against Paralyzed, Prone and Stunned. Final Stand (17th) - Prevention from falling to 0 HP.

Reaver, The Blood-Drinker Weapon (Rapier), Artifact (requires Attunement by a Rogue) A beautiful and elegant rapier, adorned with red and gold filigree, the ornate hilt crafted to depict two open bat wings. This weapon once belonged to a great Vampire Lord and still holds a lingering vampiric power, craving the blood of its victims. You gain a +3 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. In addition, the weapon has 5 Charges. Necrotic Strikes. When you deal Sneak Attack damage to a creature, you can change the damage type to Necrotic instead of the weapon’s usual damage. Hemomantic Magic. You can expend 1 Charge after you deal Sneak Attack damage to a creature that has blood, to fuel one of the following features: Blood Curse. You curse the target with hemomantic magic. The target can’t regain Hit Points for 1 minute. Blood Disease. You pollute the blood of your enemy. When you use the Poison option of your Cunning Strike, it doesn’t have a cost and doesn’t require a Poisoner's Kit on your person. In addition, creatures that are Immune to the Poisoned condition instead have Advantage on the saving throw. Blood Transfusion. You syphon the blood of your enemy to heal your own wounds. You regain Hit Points equal to half the damage dealt by your Sneak Attack. Regaining Charges. The weapon regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at Dawn.

Bag of Pocket Sand Wondrous Item, Rare This small leather bag has 3 Charges. When a creature you can see within 5 feet of you makes an attack roll, you can use your Reaction to expend 1 Charge and throw a handful of sand at the creature's eyes. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (Save DC = 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Dexterity modifier) or be Blinded until the start of their next turn. The bag regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll 1d20. On a 1, the bag becomes non-magical and produces no more sand.

The Earthshaker Hammer magic item for 5e D&D by LordEclipse. Weapon (Warhammer), Rare (requires attunement) This sturdy warhammer is made from a dense, unbreakable stone. It is inscribed with primordial runes, a hymn to the Earth Mother. The hammer has 3 Charges and regains all expended uses when you finish a Short Rest. As an Action, you can expend a Charge and smash the hammer into the ground, causing the earth to shake violently. Each creature that is standing on the ground, within 15 feet of you, other than you, must make a Dexterity saving throw (The DC equals 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Strength modifier). On a failed save, a creature takes 3d6 Bludgeoning damage and is knocked Prone. On a success, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't knocked Prone. The ground in that area also becomes Difficult Terrain until cleared, with each 5-foot-diameter portion requiring at least 1 Minute to clear by hand.

The Pipes of Vexation magic item for 5e D&D by LordEclipse. Wondrous Item, Uncommon A simple set of enchanted Panpipes. While harmless to the eye, this instrument is a common joke gift within the courts of the Feywild. Any tune played through these pipes becomes the most grating and annoying sound anyone has ever heard, causing any creature that hears it to wish violence against its player. You can use your Action to play the pipes. Each creature that can hear your song, within a 60-foot Emanation of you, has Disadvantage on ability checks and attack rolls against targets other than you, until the start of your next turn.

I’m not much of an artist, but I came up with a fun idea and I hope this is good enough.
Inspired by Talos, the bronze guardian of Crete from Greek Mythology, lighthouses, and chess. Talaros is a slow and bulky Trick Room sweeper.

Talaros is the towering bronze guardian of seaside towns. This Pokémon of legend is said to stand by the coast, overlooking the sea for years at a time, barnacles and sea life growing up it’s legs. It resides unmoving, save for it's singular glowing eye, a watchful beacon that guides ships to harbour. Legends say that a Talaros only wakes when it is called upon to defend those it protects.

The Cloak of the Storyteller Magic Item for 5e D&D by LordEclipse. This magical cloak reacts to the stories you tell, changing its properties to adapt to the tale it hears. While attuned to this cloak, once per day, when you tell a story, the cloak will gain one of the properties from the Tale Table below, depending on the genre of story you told. You gain the benefits of that property while wearing the cloak. Tale Table Action: You have Advantage on Strength and Dexterity checks. Comedy: As an Action you can point at a creature within 60 ft. of you, and can hear you, telling it a joke. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Charisma modifier) or become Incapacitated, falling into a fit of laughter until the start of your next turn. History: You have Advantage on History and Religion checks. Horror: You are Immune to the Frightened condition. Mystery: You have Advantage on Perception and Investigation checks. Romance: You have Advantage on Performance and Persuasion checks.

Pain Suppression Armour Magic Item for 5e D&D by LordEclipse. Armor (half plate), very rare (requires attunement) A light and flexible combination of leather and metal that seems to dull the pain from your injuries. This armour does not impose Disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. While wearing this armour you gain the following benefits: Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2, to a maximum of 20. Pain Suppression. The armour has 3 charges, as a Bonus Action you can expend one of these charges to imbue you with adrenaline, granting you Temporary Hit Points equal to your Level + your Constitution modifier. The armour regains all charges after a Long Rest.
