Ah, i think you should in that case create a different gridmap for those tiles. I believe that is the best approach when having different mesh sizes.

The best thing is to keep the origin on center. Then tab to edit and use the transform menu to move you mesh. I am assuming your meshes all have the same dimensions?

Not sure if its an glb thing either. Could try gltf. But first make sure you import with "Colors" checked under mesh. In shadermaterial could try to check "use as albedo" under "vertex color".

Easiest is in blender changing the origin. Otherwise you could look at the transform in Godot..
